Credit Usage

Each image edit consumes one credit
Failed edits due to our system errors do not consume credits
Failed edits due to invalid prompts or unsupported images may consume credits

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Fingo AI for the following purposes:

Create content that violates third-party intellectual property rights

Create misleading deepfakes or deceptive content intended to harm others

Circumvent usage limits or abuse the service

Reverse Engineering

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our AI models

Resell or redistribute the service without authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service and terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual Property

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of images you upload
  • You are responsible for having the rights to edit images you submit
  • You own the edited images generated by the Service

Our Service

  • Fingo AI, including its code, design, and branding, is our intellectual property
  • The plugin is licensed under GPL-2.0-or-later
  • You may not use our trademarks without permission

AI-Generated Content

You acknowledge that:

Payment and Refunds

Billing

  • Pro subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
  • You authorize recurring charges until you cancel

Cancellation

  • Cancel anytime from your account dashboard
  • Access continues until the end of your billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time

Refunds

  • Refunds considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
  • Contact hello@fingo.ai within 14 days of purchase
  • Refunds not provided for change of mind or unused credits

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
